1. Information We Collect
Photos You Upload
Images of items you want to list for sale. These are processed by third-party AI services (Google Cloud Vision API, Google Gemini) to identify items and generate listing details.
Account Information
Email address and display name when you create an account.
Usage Data
App interactions, device type, OS version, and crash reports to improve the app experience.
Purchase Information
Subscription status and transaction records managed through Apple's In-App Purchase system. We do not store your payment card details.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To analyze your item photos and generate marketplace listing content (title, description, price suggestions).
- To provide and maintain our service.
- To manage your subscription.
- To send you service-related communications.
- To detect and prevent technical issues.
3. Photo Processing & AI
When you upload photos, they are sent to Google Cloud services for visual analysis and content generation. Photos are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers beyond the time needed to generate your listing. Google's use of this data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. We share information only with:
- Google Cloud / Gemini: For photo analysis and AI-powered listing generation.
- Apple: For subscription and payment processing via App Store.
- Analytics providers: Anonymized usage data to improve the App.
5. Data Retention
Photos are processed in real time and not permanently stored on our servers. Account data is retained while your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us.
6. Data Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS/SSL) for data transmission. While no method is 100% secure, we take reasonable measures to protect your information.
7. Children's Privacy
Our App is not intended for users under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected such data, we will delete it promptly.
