These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ListGlow (the "App"), operated by Jex Global Inc. ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading, installing, or using ListGlow, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1. Description of Service

ListGlow is a mobile application that uses AI technology to help users create optimized marketplace listings. The app analyzes photos of items using computer vision and AI to generate titles, descriptions, pricing suggestions, and other listing details for platforms like Facebook Marketplace.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use ListGlow. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

• ListGlow offers subscription plans billed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription through your Apple ID account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their refund policies.
• Prices may change with reasonable notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App to create listings for prohibited, illegal, or counterfeit items.
• Upload photos that you do not have the right to use.
• Misrepresent item condition or details in your listings.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the App.
• Use automated systems to access the service in a manner that exceeds reasonable use.

6. AI-Generated Content

ListGlow uses AI to generate listing suggestions including titles, descriptions, and price estimates. This content is provided as a starting point. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying all AI-generated content before using it. We do not guarantee the accuracy of price estimates or listing details. AI-generated descriptions should be reviewed for accuracy before posting.

7. Intellectual Property

The App, its design, features, and content (excluding user-uploaded photos) are owned by Jex Global Inc. Listings generated by the AI based on your photos are yours to use freely.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

ListGlow is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's accuracy, reliability, or availability. We do not guarantee that AI-generated prices reflect actual market value or that listings will result in sales.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jex Global Inc. and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to losses from marketplace transactions.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting your account and uninstalling the App.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bolivia, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
